Self Doubt Of The Demised Poem by Jefte ROman

Self Doubt Of The Demised

I sit in this cloud of self pitiful sorrow
thoughts colliding with one another
as the water pours from my inner soul
Was it the pride of dominance or the
egotistical self worth that clouded the judgment of love
How does the feelings of wholeness escape the grasp of the depraved
Does it not complete thee
Does it not fill the void of emptiness
Does it not show you there is hope in this
in this pitiful world we so desperately
wish to live in
