Set You Free Poem by Liane Cydel Imperial

Set You Free

I stood in the darkest corner of this place
Imagining the smile painted on your face
So lovely that it made me love you even more
But how lonely I was for I know you've gone far.

Forever I shed tears when I set you free my love
Forever I suffered for I lost you my beloved
But I accepted it rather than see your tears fall
For it will surely fill sadness in my whole soul.

Set you free is all I can to make you smile
With this you'll remember me even for a while
At moonlight when the moon is quiet, you will hear
A lovely voice singing sweetly from a land afar.
