She's Only Lonely Poem by Paul Warren

She's Only Lonely

She was so lonely it touched her soul
At night when the lights were out
All she could do was toss and turn
Thinking of what might have been

The days dragged and the world was dull
Happiness was gone since he was gone
The last whispered words linger
"I love you and I will see you again."
