Shes Not Okay Poem by Koti Bri

She crys everynight just to drown her fear
waiting for her mind to clear.
Feeling all alone in this scary place
wishing she could go back to the dreams she use to chase.
Everybody questions her
but to her they are all a blur.
Losing respect and care for everything she once loved
only caring for the sweet sight of blood.
She isnt the same exciting little girl she used to be
but nobody notices because nobody can see.
Thinking that nobody cares, nobody loves her
then her words start to slur.
There in the rain she stands
wishing her heart would expand.
Feeling so broken she looks up in the sky
dreaming she could fly.
Then she vanished into the lightning
wondering about the pain this might bring.
Shes gone
shes gone and all she had to do was hold on.
