Sie
That night I started hearing a voice inside my head
the unmistakable clarity of its whisper
possessing my fragile mind
it was hers
Tongue like a blade
jagged words ripped into my skin.
I've never tasted this before
it's like swallowing fire
feeling your heart turn to ash.
Eventually the smoke will choke us both
but by then
I'll be too drunk on love to care
