silence of the smile speaks loudly and clearly for itself.. Smile is the exilir of life

interesting, a smile lights up the face and makes everyone happy. it takes just a few muscles to do so. well constructed poem.yesteday i attended a meditaton session, where each time the mind wandered, my guide asked me to smile as it releases neuro muscular tension.
