Silent Awakening Poem by Kyoko Aurion

Silent Awakening

Only when you fall asleep tonight
with the stars. You'll never know why until
You break tears as you watch
it all had to fade away, but then
It is harder to stay awake, to know that
You matter to me the most in this world.
You just don't know this, believe me,
sorry, I had to hide this from you forever
All the sins I made, you won't forgive me and
Don't know when the world will pass,
Don't know when you have to leave me here,
Don't know when I'll stop loving you,
Don't know when you'll fade into memory,
Please listen, until now I still
want to let you know, though this silence
That I need to wake up and tell you,
I need you next to me right now, besides
I love you.
