Silent Voice Poem by Aaron Hassette

Silent Voice

Sometimes I sit and watch the sky
Sometimes I sit and wonder why
Was my life to be this way?
What do my parents have to say?

Should I go on in life and hate?
Or should I go on to appreciate?
The luxurious leather that covers my seat
The stunning chrome shoes I wear on my feet

How long is my life going to last?
Will my life end by moving too fast?
So tell me what you’re going to do?
The life we live depends on you

So think before and you end up sorry
It’s not a rush so why the hurry?
So please my owner whenever you drive
Remember we need to make it alive
