Simple Solutions Poem by Tony Stadick

Simple Solutions

Superimposed particles for me to chose from,
Deathly thick and seeping and life,
Confusion tasted like metal on my tongue,

Energizing me, but also freighting me,
Into the dark I crept, then I began to sweat,
When the walls came closer,

Fear is such a weakness with words,
Laughing at it now seemed dreamlike at the time,
Supply and Demand,

War, and the effort to prevent poverty,
Litter,
Don't look back and close your eyes,

Be blind to the facts falling around you,
One might walk into you, but chances are you missed,
So much for simple solutions,
