Since The Singing Of Hardy's Thrush Of Bleak Winter, What Literary Movements Have Passed It By?

On the last day of the nineteenth century
Hardy heard the notes of the older thrush
Singing of frost, winter chill and bleak hope
And since then many a literary movement has passed by,
We saw the Georgians, Imagists, symbolists,
War poetry and the poets,
Moderns, modernists and post-modernists,
Movement poets, pessimists.

We saw the interpretation of poetry
From the angle of new critics,
Colonialists, post-colonialists,
Constructing, de-constructing,
From structuralists, post-structuralists,
New historicists, cultural critics,
Feminists, life strategists,
Eco-critics, diasporans and so on.
