Our English language lends itself
to the writing of poetry in rhyme.
How soothing to read words of a verse
which have survived the annals of time.
So often 'plain talk' does not satisfy
and away from the head it will fly...
but sincerity of a beautiful poem
will stay in the heart for all time.
