Six Colours Poem by Joseph Tanner

Six Colours

Rating: 5.0

Six colours fill the sky,
For all to see.
We stand in defiance,
We don’t ask to understand,
We ask to be accepted.
A day in your face,
Bright and bold,
A day to show what we’re all about.
Dancing queens, drags acts, in your face bitches;
People that have love,
Wanting acceptance for who they are.
Wanting to break away from the single minded people,
That view the world in black and white,
With a little colour,
We have love.
