Six Little Monkeys Poem by Juan Olivarez

Six Little Monkeys

Rating: 5.0

Six little indians all in a row,
Look how they run, look how they grow.
Six little monkeys, playing on the swing,
Look at the happiness, these little ones bring.
These are the monkeys of which I sing.

Six little hearts, filled with love,
Six little angels, sent from heaven above.
They grew so fast, right before my eyes,
Isn't it funny, how time fairly flies.
Six little monkeys, one girl, and five guys.

Six little birds, flew from their nest,
Out in the world, on their own special quest.
Now three more monkeys, play on the swing,
Two more the Autumn, God willing will bring.
These are the monkeys, of which I sing.

Great rhythm and rhyme! And a lot of fun. CK
