I'll never forget you
In all the things we did
We could always say
That we were only kids

Even though we were in out twentys
So many years ago
You taught me so many things
That I just didn't know

You showed me how strong
A true love could be
I just didn't know
All the love I had inside of me

Back then I gave it all to you
Without ever thinking
If you were to go away
My heart would start sinking

But I just wanted to let you know
That after all these years
The memories of you
Will always remain so clear
