SO MANY TEARS- HOW MANY YEARS?
So many tears - how many years
will it go on forever?
So many cry, say their goodbye.
My hope is that we never
fail to wake up from our reverie
which keeps us all asleep,
repeating our failed history
like so many flocks of sheep.
Everyone cries. Where are the wise?
Have they all gone away?
Too many lies, too many closed eyes.
Open them up today.
Look all around
What can be found?
Graves all over the earth.
So many tears all through the years
Is that all we are worth?
