So Real Poem by Diana van den Berg

So Real

I heard your voice
and turned my head
to the window
from whence you called
and I looked unblinkingly
for mystic bonding minutes
full into the glory of the sun
beaming in all its magnificence
through my forest trees
and caressing summer leaves
with a translucent golden-green glow.
