Solitude Poem by Reed Dietiker

Solitude

Surrounded by these four walls
Dying alone without any calls
You dont understand that's just so rude
So I'll sit, here in solitude

Lay back and close my eyes
Become deaf so I cant hear lies
So full of it, thats just so crude
So I'll sit, here in solitude

Lost my mind with nowhere to go
Dont temp me cuz Im not slow
Why bother if your so prude?
So I'll sit, here in solitude

They finally let me out
Now I walk a randomless route
Dont try to cheer me up, Im not in the mood
I decided I'll go back, to sit in solitude
