Some Bland Taste Poem by Evan Histed

And my skin is where it sinks its teeth
And my soul is where it goes to drink
And my heart is where it lays its eggs
My feet are where it sits
My chest is where it sleeps
My head is where it hurts
My stomach is where it lurks
It doesn’t want to go away
It doesn’t want another home
Its only chosen me
And hasn’t even touched...
