Some Day Poem by Helen Anderson

Some Day

Rating: 4.5

Some day I'll be what I've done and what I've said
So let me take the time to clear some space in my head
I know I am what I've been all along
I might not have a job, but I am brave and I am strong
What is this life make of facts and made of rules
Why do we kid ourselves and make our lives those of fools
Your weight pulled me down, yet I am out and I am free
So why not take the jump and you can come and dance with me

Never believe never see and never know
Never shine the light never ache and never grow
What is the point when you've done it all before
If you never take the chance when its knocking at your door

I am not too sure of what you have wanted to convey. 'Your weight pulled me down, yet I am out and I am free So why not take the jump and you can come and dance with me' What did you mean by this?
