I know I’ve got a lot to do,
Plenty of work laid by.
I really must get down the shops
Something special to buy.
I’ve needed this for a long time
But always put it off.
A headache or lumbago,
Or a streaming cold and a cough.
Many people want one,
Or so they always say.
I don’t know what it’s made of
But I’ll ask anyway.
I have to see a blacksmith,
A carpenter, or perhaps
A qualified electrician,
Or the guy who fixes taps.
So now I really mean it.
I’ll get one, do not fret.
When I find it, watch the difference.
A round tuit is what I’ll get.
I know the awkward feeling.......yet procrastination is such a soothing concept!

Very clever my man. I laughed my sass off!
