Sonnet- Vii Poem by Sherwin Ilagan

Sonnet- Vii

Unwritten love, retreat from thy sweetness
Shalt be the sum of thine infinity
To be re-tell by rising loveliness?
From someone whom doth feel affinity.
From womb of thine umbilical accords:
A testimony, 'twas a given love—
To see the face of thine own grace- records
The fresh first beat bestow'd by light above.
Thou stay'st as long as thou canst hold his hand
The chlorophyll hath wash'd away by fate,
And thou art calm facing the sullen sand;
When there's no fear ‘cause thou hast faithful mate.

Arising sun eclips'd another moon:
Unwritten love to be reveal...so soon.
