Freedom we are given
To do the things we please
And if wrong goes something,
We blame God for everything.

Happy, we are mostly
And tend to forget God;
When strife hits us in life,
With God, we are all back.

Joys and woes are certain
To spring about in life;
Just thank, pray to the Maker,
Who controls everything.

Life is ephemeral,
And passes off too soon;
We must aim for after-life –
Eternity with God.

Soul-care is the one thing
We all must do in life;
Keep it pure and always,
To meet the Lord, when dead.
