Soul7 Poem by ROGEL FRANCIS SORIOSO

Soul7

Our universe is like a parking lot and space
Where everyone deserves its rightful place
Everyone has the opportunity to park
Though our universe is so wide and dark
Our souls become giant form of gases
When our flesh finally turns into ashes
Our souls communicate in a different way
Their seconds would equivalent to a day
Our souls would no longer be a human form
But our memories are saved as its norm
We gather on a different location we choose
But the concept of being human is what we desire
Being human is what most of us truly admire
We are in a world we choose to create
Our souls which extends outside our own planet
Floating in space and held by an invincible magnet
The human body was never really made to last
Only our souls have endured since the past
It was only created to touch and feel
Our existence spinning like a giant wheel
Though we remember nothing or any of this
Only the pleasures of this world are all that we miss
