Space Poem by Sindiswa Nobuntu Ndamane

Space

Empty Space,
Echo expression all around
Something is missing,
There is a lost feeling
An invisible vacuum
Even dwelling in the center feels empty.
The edges are worst, I can't reach the other end,
I'm trying to make sense of this silence,
I put my head up-down there is no difference,
It is just unbelievable to be in this empty space.
It was once full of waves and frequency
But now the signal strives for a way in the wind.
Perhaps when the storm calms
This empty space will be filled,
Perhaps when the discarded waste makes space
This empty space will make sense.
