Special Love Poem by Paul E. Compton

Special Love

It's a love very few have known,
Darling it's only for you alone.
In it's own way it's very sincere,
Something special for you, my dear.

Not a love sweethearts have known,
Something special, all it's own.
Here is what I'm trying to say
Feel free to call, night or day.

These words I scribe are very true,
And were written especially for you
Wishing all the happiness life can bring,
This special love is our special thing.

BEAUTY IS

A stroll in the country on a sunny day,
All the wild flowers along the way.
Seeing the great mountains towering high,
A flock of geese against a purple sky.

A family of deer, a covey of quail,
Walking along some country trail.
Sitting on the banks of a rippling stream,
God painting outstanding nature scenes.
