Spilled Heart Poem by Devin Martin

Spilled Heart

Rating: 5.0

Trust, forgiveness, and passion, Who would've thought a heart could grow so massive. Filled with words, but the pain tears a hole so deep.
There's no escape I'm lost in a circle. It runs a maze through my brain. It hurts so much I can't give the agony a name.
The sound from verbal torture perfused in my ear is like pouring salt on a wound. The more words you speak confuses my thoughts.
My mind is so weak I could never understand your meaning you wanted to be taught. If you could understand try to grasp the feeling too.
You'll never visualize my suffering if you can't grasp what I'm going through.
Forgive and forget.
That's to east to do.
How about you love me the same and see how you'll make a dream come true. Don't think of it as magic
Just find that soft spot and I'll use my love to capture it.
