Spring 1 - Lady Spring Poem by Geeta Radhakrishna Menon

Spring 1 - Lady Spring

Rating: 5.0

Spring surprises you with her
Sudden appearance adorned with
Super colours of vibrant nature;
She glides down like a fascinating bird,
Skipping and prancing like a giggly school girl,
Silently creeping through the morning light!

She flirts with the sunny rays,
Shimmering through the green leaves,
Sparkling like a woman in love,
Smiling and fluttering her eyelids,
Shy, darting glances at the handsome
Sun! the glowing energy of every life!

Come, O! Lady Spring! Embrace us with your warmth!
Let us celebrate your season with complete joy and cheer!
