Spring Flowers Poem by Theresa Ann Moore

Spring Flowers

Delicate magnolia petals
are bursting forth
Clusters of hyacinth stars
fill mini-towers
with dazzling duplicates…
The complexion of Spring
is beautified
by fragrant flowers

How intoxicating
a breath of air has become...
inebriated while being sober
Each step glides
as my spirit is lifted higher
Making a toast...
Drinking in the glow
before fame is over
