Spring Of Light Poem by Mohammad Saif

Spring Of Light

Benign breeze of cordial spring,
Nature with its full pride sing
Melodies to skying heights,
Journeying eternal flights.

Whispers saccharine allure,
Captive mortal hearts- its lure.
Songs of everlasting love,
Coos echo of golden dove.

Reminisce his virtues he
Who wandered as (a) selfish bee.
Hymns that men once sang and loved,
Buried in the past and shoved.

Swift replacement— rituals, wails
Tricking men to distant sails.
Reawaken by this light
Earth rejoices sky shines bright.

Strength and spirit of thy soul
Purges souls of those as coal.
It with charming blissful blows
Nurtures, miracles it shows.
