Aren’t you excited about spring?
I know that I certainly am
So many flowers to choose from
Each one a special gem
There’s always the magical daisy
So wonderfully bright and true
The stems are sturdy to put in a vase
Nature designed them just for you
Flowers come in so many colors
Their little faces are very diverse
It’s like they’re little actors
Coming out in the sun to rehearse
And their smells are so amazing
Sweet scents always fill the air
We plant and then we nurture
For they do usually take some care
But many grow everywhere
They don’t need a yard at all
Yes, I just love springtime flowers
Whether small and dainty or very tall!
