Starting The Day Poem by Gil MAHANEY

Starting The Day

Yes
I slept
A none too restful
Busy sleep
Tossed turned
How I dreamed
Of you got lost in
Your soft steamy garden
To wake up spent
Not so alone
Believing that
Morning's light
Be a smile I 'd won
Last night and you
Like the morning
Oh you came too
So here I go again
Pulsating rigid
Thinking of you
