Staying, In It! Poem by Michael Walkerjohn

Staying, In It!

Rating: 5.0

"Real
dharma
is spreading
happiness in the
materialistic world of
sorrows and that can be
achieved by staying in it"
Tribhuvan Mendiratta
"You will encounter many
distractions and many temptations
to put your goal aside: The security of
a job, a wife who wants kids, whatever.
But if you hang in there, always following
your vision, I have no doubt you will succeed."
Larry Flynt
"Once you have been through a certain amount
of things in life, you definitely grow more
comfortable with yourself. To persevere
and hang in there and believe in yourself."
Steve Nash
Some people can be president, some people
can speak, some people, you know, anything
that's positive, man - a dentist, a doctor. Just hang
in there and never give up, and find out what
is your talent. First you got to find your talent
and just stick with your talent, and I guarantee
you'll get there, man.
Juicy J
"What do you say to a person who is going
to their death? Normally, we would just say
'Hang in there, keep your hope up, ' because
there is hope until the very last second."
Anthony Ray Hinton
"My ideal relationship with the reader is that
at certain points they will have said, 'I'm
finding this quite tough, but I'm going to
hang in there, ' then at the end they will
say, 'Oh God, I'm glad I hung on, it was
so worth it."
Sebastian Faulks
"At the very moment when people underestimate
you is when you can make a breakthrough."
Germany Kent
"In the end, everything will be okay. If
it's not okay, it's not yet the end."
(translated from Portuguese)
Fernando Sabino
"So often in life a new chapter
awaits. You ride off into the sunset
and discover it's the sunrise."
Robert Brault
"Let your strongest muscle be the will."
James Lendall
"When you get into a tight place and
everything goes against you, till it seems
as though you could not hang on a minute
longer, never give up then, for that is just
the place and time that the tide will turn."
Harriet Beecher Stowe
"It is not the mountain we conquer but ourselves."
Edmund Hillary
"The robbed that smiles, steals something from the thief."
William Shakespeare, Othello
"… from the thief"
that thief that came
from a decade or more
ago… remembering those
daze of concern… for that
new virus and flu… then all
the coocoo birds on the entire
globe set flight! Wearing white
hooded and tanked… gloved… robed
sealed in controlled environments away
from the world… and all the world's citizens!
All you must do is express a bit of curiosity!
Grab hold of your jewels and browse! Yes!
simply using time stamps and year dates!
Find out what is this beer virus made of
and caused by whom… scary proposition?
One for the Sixth Scary Movie coming?
That "Dark Comedy" extraordinaire?
‘Simply Marvelous'! ‘One white man
dumps the entire globe'! Take that
man's mask off! The face he is now
showing cannot be apprenticed!
Anoint his head with tar and
feathers then finish that
dressing up with a
Crown of Coronas!
Then make him crawl
up that hill!
"Das Capital" Dat Whiti
House! That boyz got rhythm!
Now give him a test and jab
filled with the National
Jism! And perhaps then "WE"
will send in from ‘Calvary'… that Guy!
But do not hold your breaths! Phuuck!
Cause you must find those breaths first!
Once the entire world catches all of those
"Lost" breaths… it may be time then to
"Turn the Page" and return the tides
and beaches back to all US surfers!
What muscle do you think is Trump'
strongest? That phuucking mouth?
Sunrise, sunset… what is the difference?
East versus West? Well we got that schist
going on! So much for ‘trade wars' or that
‘currency war' or ‘human trafficking war'!
‘War' waged against the earth's environment
against a national healthcare policy, against
the americant consumer, against the bulk of
all wage earners… and on and on and on and…
Presidential historian Michael Beschloss said that
"based on a legislative standard"—which is what the
first 100 days has been judged on since the tenure
of President Franklin D. Roosevelt, who enacted 76
laws in 100 days including nine that were "major"
"Trump is really pretty low down on the list."
The ‘pretty, petty, pontificating, procrastinating
party pooping, profiting, par-boiled, prick…
president! One could express so much mores…
butt phuuck it! Enough said for this long moment!
IAM most sure that there will be loads of jones-in
coming along sooner than later! What a phuuck up!
From the glory of network television to this mess
that our nation and the entire planet is in! Much
ado bout some-puns! What the putty grab!
"The End"
"The Doors"
sung by Jim Morrison
"This is the end, beautiful friend
This is the end, my only friend
The end of our elaborate plans
The end of ev'rything that stands
The end
No safety or surprise
The end
I'll never look into your eyes again
Can you picture what will be
So limitless and free
Desperately in need of
some strangers hand
In a desperate land
Lost in a Roman wilderness of pain
And all the children are insane
All the children are insane
Waiting for the summer rain
There's danger on the edge of town
Ride the king's highway
Weird scenes inside the goldmine
Ride the highway West baby
Ride the snake
Ride the snake
To the lake
To the lake
The ancient lake baby
The snake is long
Seven miles
Ride the snake
He's old
And his skin is cold
The west is the best
The west is the best
Get here and we'll do the rest
The blue bus is calling us
The blue bus is calling us
Driver, where you taking us?
The killer awoke before dawn
He put his boots on
He took a face from the ancient gallery
And he walked on down the hall
He went into the room where his sister lived
And then he paid a visit to his brother
And then he walked on down the hall
And he came to a door
And he looked inside
Father?
Yes son
I want to kill you
Mother, I want to...
Come on, baby, take a chance with us
Come on, baby, take a chance with us
Come on, baby, take a chance with us
And meet me at the back of the blue bus
This is the end, beautiful friend
This is the end, my only friend
The end
It hurts to set you free
But you'll never follow me-aca"

Could this world need, in this very moment
to ‘break on through to the other side'?
Kick our ‘Jekyll and Hyde' snakehead aside
and send him and his ‘ilk' "back to the island'?
Managing interpersonal relationships is like
trying to walk on hot coals or to stroll across
an ocean of quicksand! Whatever did those rabid
voters think would happen when they, especially those
pale horse-riding feminazis check their ‘boxes' to make
sure, that he was there! "Hang in there" all you dumb
asp pussys! You may get the chance to have the first
elected female vice-president in the history of the
"republic" … should this be just about that time
in the history of modern civilization for this
to occur? Kinda, sorta, maybe… Phuuck Yes!
"Until the very last second…" this mayhaps
is a possibility! Not a probability or a neo
Hill-Billy… and with all certainty… most
certainly not Hillary! IAM being ‘straight'
and shooting my bullets for ‘Michelle'!
Just for effect! "America has not talent"!
And proving that has been phuucking deadly!
"Here IAM sitting, broken hearted, tried to schist
butt my asp only farted"! (old proverbial saying
if there every once was on that applied to this
phuucking madness!)From the research I have
made an effort to produce for this wright… IAM
certainly with certainty sure that Larry Flint
would most probably be the best bet for Joe
to choose as ‘Chief' of his upcoming estate!
And in conclusion, a clarifying consciousness
for the ones that elude US… to the poet
which caused me to compose this…
IAM humbled Good Sir…
For your view… is the penultimate clue
to the spiritual glue which will hold what
pieces of world stability remain… after
all that skank beer virus is poured down
whatever drain will take it!
I profoundly thank you

POET'S NOTES ABOUT THE POEM
Get Together

The Youngbloods

Love is but a song to sing
Fear's the way we die
You can make the mountains ring
Or make the angels cry
Though the bird is on the wing
And you may not know why
Come on people now
Smile on your brother
Everybody get together
Try to love one another
Right now
Some may come and some may go
We shall surely pass
When the one that left us here
Returns for us at last
We are but a moment's sunlight
Fading in the grass
Come on people now
Smile on your brother
Everybody get together
Try to love one another
Right now
Come on people now
Smile on your brother
Everybody get together
Try to love one another
Right now
Come on people now
Smile on your brother
Everybody get together
Try to love one another
Right now
If you hear the song I sing
You will understand (listen!)
You hold the key…
COMMENTS OF THE POEM
Kumarmani Mahakul 20 April 2020

Materialistic world is temporary. Every material pleasure lasts for short period of time. We have to find eternal love, peace and bliss. All these we get from God. Real Dharma spreads happiness. This is very true. This poem is very valuable and this is excellently and deeply philosophic poem...10
