Stevo & Moni Go To The Pub Poem by Robert Gilchrist

Stevo & Moni Go To The Pub

Great Northern
Five dollars a pint
Jamiesons for a pint sized person
Regaled with old yarns
Worth the repeating
Keno's not paying
Neither are the nags
Barman can't crack a smile
Too near knockoff time for mirth
Good mates
Are a great tonic
Driving home
Still sober but feeling good
Best afternoon
In great company.
