Still Poem by Shelta Realms

Still

We have had the joy
We have had the robust of life
We have experienced annoyance
We have defeated haste
We have until August
For us to bear... aloofness

Because I can just wait as much
And that much is beginning to elapse
Though I do not want, I should
To keep you and I as sane as reality
By then, the memories
Will be still as ice, hard as stone
And vague as myth.
