POET'S NOTES ABOUT THE POEM
The recent drug epidemic is killing so many young people. I fear for those who are still alive, but may be dead tomorrow. They're missing out on such much in life.

When you take away all the moral beauty and respect of Life and in Life, emptiness occurs and drugs fill in the blanks. You can become a slave from too much social freedom and breakage of all decency and rules. Your poem and its intentions, I think, point this out very well. Let it not fall on deaf ears.
