Stop And Proceed Poem by Raniyal Niyada

Flipping through the pages of that thick book
i find a hurdle knocking on the doorstep!
A fact struck on my head hard,
This assignment is not easy!
Cursing myself for being lazy
I continued to do the flipping
A scowl formed on my face!
I threw off the paper in disgust!
Emotions so stronger formed in me!
but then i closed my eyes
and thought of the person who fought more
With an apologetic smile i collected them back.
and with lots of positivism
I took up from where I stopped.
Patience that don't shake easily...
