Stranger Poem by Jayson C

Stranger

For her I was unknown,
no name, no number of phone.
we spoke, though not that long
but the feeling she left was surely strong

the smile she gave
were one of the things I craved
Got my mind enslaved
and her name, In my heart engraved

Desperately, I search
for her in every place
Eventually in church
I saw her lovely face

This time I'd like to change her,
change the way she looks at me.
I no longer want to be a stranger.
I want to be close as I can be.
