stranger in the dark
unknown to my sight
not a glimpse of your face
not a light will guide
stand alone, still beside
you that may be familiar

somewhere we have met
or not
somewhere we have parted
or not
i know you,
i think,
at least, i consider

this is not a lie
as i am trying to define you
yet still a stranger
in my sight
in my side
i am waiting not for hope
but for a ray
when the morning comes

don't go yet
don't be chased
also, not cover up
your face
your familiar face
i might know you
you might feel the same
we have encountered
in this life
and not in the past
do you believe in that?

to me you are someone
look behind
just even once.
