Stung Again

A bee's sting is acidic;
A wasp's is alkali.
You thought they felt different
And now, you know why.

POET'S NOTES ABOUT THE POEM
The information about a bee's sting being acidic and the wasp's being alkali came from the book Who Knew? by David Hoffman. I had never heard of that before, but I guess I will take his word for it.
As far as the stings feeling different, well, I don't know about that. All I know is, they both hurt.

I Shall Get You, Stinging Imp! if any bee does me ever sting, i'll be sure to, its neck, well ring. and if that doesn't work well, i'll ship its whole body to Hell, and calamity to its family bring. so there! bri ;)
