Stupid Illusion Poem by Zillur Rahman Shuvro

Stupid Illusion

Hey woman! How long will you submerge in winter sleep?
Let's go to see the inter-cross of the sparrow in cheeky air!
Find the anthill in matted hair of the word beloved poet!
And in the wasteland take bath in the flow of Nilgai's milk.
See the aggressive lust of North-South pole in magnetic art
And the spinning of the top into the navel of the air!
In the humid noon see the robbery of a bear to the honey-comb,
Egg-stealing by the snake from the nest
And find the feather of a wild duck!
Hear the sound of landslide of the river standing at common reed forest
And see the jump of the tamarind boy; take smell of snail step by step
Breaking down water and a kite on the mirror of water!
In lazy afternoon see the shadow of Pine tree
And come back of exhausted birds to the nest over the forest
In the melancholy evening!
