Suazo Nights Poem by Eddie Morgan

Suazo Nights

On the wall of hopes the dreamer sits
Patiently waiting he final lift
To proud and smug to admit defeat
His better days have gone adrift
The sun in which he once saw her smile
Is now coated by the black fog
It cries red tears forged from pain
Alone he waits
Sad and scared on the lonely day
The dreamer dreams of suazo nights
Suicide his one true friend
Thru it his journey begins
For in his mind he's chosen right
Tonight the new chapter begins
On towards heavens end
The tears fall hard and never stop
Tonight Tonight Tonight
The excitement begins
Thinking back on what the ghost once said
Be brave be bold
Never crumble never fold
Embrace your doom
