Suffocated Poem by Ana Rose Trazo

Suffocated

I can't breath
Let go of my neck.
Don't let me to suffocate
Or be totally sick.

You're holding me too tight,
I couldn't spread my wings.
My vision is as dark as the night
‘cause you're covering my eyes.

Let go of me
And let me soar high and free.
Let me stand tall and proud
And let me sing the song so loud.

Let me run under the rain
with no sorrows and pain.
Give me time to be myself,
For a moment let me be the chief.

If you'll let me go
I would go in a place so far,
But promise I'll be back here
And what I saw, I'll share it to you.
