If only I could rebirth my soul.
Make myself complete, make myself feel whole.
Paint myself a picture of my newly improved world.
Leaving me behind.
Seeing me new.
A brand new me that no one knew.
No more will I have to retrace
my dissatisfaction of my desolate home.
Rebellious tears they take control.
Weakened knees hit the floor.
Untamed emotions begin to pour.
Happiness my far-fetched door.
These eyes yield the pain.
Illusion captivates my mimicked smile.
Looking in solitude for solace,
where there is none.
Struggling to find happiness in a world,
growing cold.
