Summer Shimmer Shadows Heat Rock Reality Poem by Terence George Craddock

Summer Shimmer Shadows Heat Rock Reality

in hot summer shimmer shadows waving heat
mirage rocks are shadow dancing to hot sun beat
afar rocks on fairway are obstruction indiscreet

rocks all over the place dance walking
doing original rock robust jive talking
should be hot day in a pond sunbathing

young run around rocks are scouting water
want to play hippopotamus games in water
want to play bloat pod rocks in cool water

young rocks run around still scouting out water
smart older rocks sun smile time sundial waiting
chilling waiting for sprinkler system to come on
