Sunday Poem by Krista Cardwell

Sunday

Warmth fills my soul as
your presence overwhelms me

Calmness comes over me
as I'm cleansed with clarity

Holy Spirit brings tears as I
see only white

Sorrow departs me as
joy and purity reunite

Finally I'm rebuilt to
overcome another week

Leaving me with truth and
more of you to seek
