Sunlight Poem by Shelley Jones

Sunlight

Sunlight, you arrived!
I was beginning to think you had died.
Now sun, I need you to shine
All the time, so we can keep skipping in rhyme!

Sunlight, don't ever tire!
Even when clouds hide your fire.
Us stars will only shine bright
If your fun has shone with all its might!

It's arrived, but for how long - good one.
