How often do we find ourselves caught
between Sunrise and Sunset
Lost in one day where dusk
is a groundhog experience
When we cannot see a way out
or a way forward
When our very soul cries out
to anyone that will hear
But then comes the dawn
when a new day changes
even the worst of our fears
Bringing with it new ideas
new journeys
a sprinkle of gentle rain
and an avalanche of
new thinking
Dusk will come again
over and over
but soon we learn that
following the night
will always be the dawn
with sunshine and expectations
of something wonderful
waiting there
to wrap us in its arms
and holds us close
As the morning welcomes you
remember there will always be mornings
there will always be nights
and with each one there will be
new life and journeys of
untold wisdom to guide you
And so it is
And so it shall be
As long as there is life
