Super Slurp - Lincoln Park Zoo Poem by Ima Ryma

Super Slurp - Lincoln Park Zoo

Just a snow cone simply won't do,
So chimpanzee, Nana, does get,
Here at home in Lincoln Park Zoo,
A snow barrel, and she is all set
To slurp down all of the snow that,
Flavored with lots of goodies, be
Delivered to her habitat,
Treat for Nana especially,
By her keepers, who got the snow
Just by walking the so short bridge
From in to outside Chicago -
Loads of white stuff in the big fridge.

Nana appreciates for sure
All that the keepers do for her
