Swimming Poem by Alyssa Bryant

Swimming

Rating: 5.0

The sound of laughter,
and drowning children,
gasping for air,
until the unattended,
helpless child sinks to the bottom,
leaving thier family wondering what they were thinking,
wanting thier child to pop back to life in thin air,
wanting it to be them that suffered death.
