Tagore Poem (274) The Secret Word Will Not Stay Secret, Blooming Out Thru Quiet Eyes

(gopono kotha-ti robena-gopone)

The secret word will not stay secret
Be blossoming out thru quiet eyes
No, no, no will not be staying secret
Bubbling out in laughter from flute
Expressed in smile thru lips
No, no, no will not be staying secret

Honey bees humming in sweet pain
Quenching their thirst by light
While Ashok buds arose- -
Hundred-petals of heart
Blooming in full by loving touch
Of that early morning sun
No, no, no will not be staying secret
- - - - - - - - - - - - - - -
